When you use the contact form, we collect the details you provide directly: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the type of engagement you're looking for, the specific service/solution/product you're interested in, and the description of your project.

When you browse the site, our infrastructure receives standard technical information your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, referrer URL, and timestamps.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data with vetted service providers who process it on our behalf, strictly for the purposes above:

• Database: Supabase (US)
• Analytics: Google (if enabled)

We may also disclose information if legally required (subpoena, court order) or to protect our rights and users' safety.

We use only essential cookies for site functionality (such as remembering your light/dark theme preference). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics that use cookies, we'll disclose it here and request consent where legally required.

• Inquiry submissions: retained for up to 3 years after last contact, unless you request earlier deletion
• Client project data: retained for the engagement duration plus 7 years for compliance and portfolio reference
• Aggregated analytics: retained indefinitely, but with no personal identifiers

We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and the principle of least privilege to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach materially affecting your data, we'll notify you promptly and per applicable law.

Neureek does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact hello@neureek.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be flagged on the site, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
